Return & Refund Policy
At BH’s Cheesecakes, we take pride in crafting each cheesecake with care and attention to quality. Our goal is to ensure every customer is satisfied with their order.
1. No Returns After Pickup or Delivery
Once an order has been picked up or successfully delivered and received, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final after the order leaves our care.
2. Quality Concerns
If you believe your cheesecake does not meet the quality standards we promise, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
To process your request, you must provide:

A photo or video showing the issue clearly

Your order details (name, date, and order number if applicable)
We will review the evidence, and if the product is found to be below our quality standards, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
3. Improper Handling or Storage
We are unable to issue refunds or replacements for cakes that have been damaged, altered, or spoiled due to improper handling or storage after pickup or delivery.
Please follow our recommended storage instructions to maintain the best texture and flavor.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
